If it is a U.S. savings bond and you cannot find it:
Complete the form at http://savingsbonds.gov/forms/sav1048.pdf, go to a bank to sign it with a certifying officer watching, and then mail it to the P.O. Boxi indicating.

If it is a CD or other bank deposit, then it has probably already been turned over to the state government as an unclaimed bank deposit. Contact the government of the state where your parents were living when you were born.

Ask KODAK where the money is. If it is in a CD or a Savings Bond (it can't be both), someone is a VERY bad investor.

If it is a savings bond the US Treasury should have a record of it in either your name or your parents name or possibly both. I would go to the post office and ask them how you could trace it.
