Bernie might start the talks next year cuz it expires in 09. It will be a shame to lose Montreal because that by my books is one of the most interesting races to see. These are the races I so look forward to: Australia, Canada, Nurburgring/Hockenheim, Fuji/Suzuka and Brazil.

They will do all that's necessary to get an extension. With Harper courting PQ votes, the federal goverment is likely to get behind the race. There is a Toronto based group that is trying to bring the race there, but I think they will have to be satisfied with Champ Car.

2009. They'll probably try getting one. I hope Montreal isn't taken off the calendar- it's a great track and the race there is always interesting and full of action.

With the loss of the USGP there will be alot of opposition that teams would want to travel to North America just for one race. But with other countries wanting to host GP's that are closer to Europe there will be alot of new venues coming up (Singapore at night).

it is a boring dreadfull circuit, like a sausage with a few turns in between, passing is not possible and nomatter where you sit you see very little, they should move it back to mosport, at least that is a real race track.
