I have this friend that's a gay that's extremely hot. He's muscular and even where's boxers. He's a really good friend but isn't gay. How do I turn him gay?

The same way a straight man turns you straight.
In other words, you don't "turn" anybody. Either they are or they aren't. If you're young, and I assume you are purely by your question, it's possible this friend maybe confused or in the closet, but there's no way to make him something he's not.
If you're not sure how he goes or how open he is just talk to him and gauge his personality.
