PERFECT?!? I can't exaclly describe it. If you technically mean it, that would be impossible but a "perfect" girl would be a healthy, smart, beautiful, flawless, rich, kind, caring... well you get the point, its technically impossible, unless she is the perfect girl in your heart, but thats up to you.

That question changes on age, experience and maturity. Young boys want a girl with a good body. Young men want someone they can talk to and have someone to do things with. Adults change to people they love, want to have a future and children with.

A Quiet, shy, petite girl that loves to laugh. I love gymnasts. They have great bodies. Usually a blonde with a heart type of face.
