Cramping and not bleeding with IUD (PARIGUARD) - question for dr's or those with experience?

Question

I had my period start on the first and slowly ended on the 11th. But I've been cramping on and off ever since.

Now, I'm REALLY cramping in one specific location on the right side.

I'm going to the dr tomorrow, but is this somehting I should be worried about?

The IUD is still intact and hasn't come out either.

One of the side effects of an IUD is that it may increase cramping.
