Not a lawyer, but I think that it could be grounds for termination depending on the banks policies regarding moonlighting and some business have personal conduct standards. Doing a nude scene could have some affects on ones business career, depending on the type and context of the scene. Also, it could have an affect on the persons professional relationships within the business and lead to other issues.
