I doubt very many 13 year old boys would like to be named Kayden...sure it's cute on a baby...But I would pass.

I like it (and i LOVE the name Cade as well). I prefer the spelling Caden. I think it's an adorable name. Great job!

If you just like Cade then name him Cade. Kayden is way too feminine and it is just another bastardized version of a good name. Uniqueness comes from personality not a misspelled nightmare of a name. Andy Warhol, John Lennon, Paul Newman, George Clooney-all amazing with regular names and look at what they have accomplished.

By the way-when using spell check it wants to change Cade into Cad. Sorry for my little rant.

Kayden can sit in class with his friends Aiden, Aaden, Aden, Ayden, Caden, Caiden, Cayden, Drayden, Jaden, Jaeden, Jaiden, Jayden, Braden, Braeden, Brayden, Haden, Hayden, and Zayden.

My point is there are too many.

How about a strong meaningful name and not just something that "sounds good" or that's a bastardized spelling of something else?

If you were going to name your child something awful like that, at least spell it Caden. The Kay- looks feminine. He'll have enough trouble with people calling him Katie.
