I neither identify myself as a "lib", nor find your query especially coherent, but I wanted to ask you something regardless: for the sake of argument, let's assume that the surge is, as you proclaim, working. How then can it continue working without being extended permanently? That's neither a joke nor sarcasm by the way- I'd love to hear your answer to that, and am all ears.

Are you fighting them? Posting from Baghdad?
Of course I know that by asking that I've just turned you into a 3 tour vet.
If it works, great - if it stabilizes over there great. I just hope we don't start all over again and point to this "success" as a reason to move against Iran.

Describe success....as a matter of fact fill us in on exactly which objective, when reached, defines a win....... Who should I be watching for to sign the article of surrender? Because we all know a war is not officially over until the enemy accepts the terms of surrender........ Is there a capital city somewhere that we capture? Tell me....How do I know when we won?
