I don't know about the 'word' 'cause words can be so slippery and PEACE can easily be reduced to an absence of conflict, but, for me,peace is a state of being which I am constantly aspiring to.

Every moment is a struggle, but there is a moment of silence, of stillness after the Tempest.

This, I call peace. And in such moments, perhaps, I could return the greeting: Namaste.

I think that Peace isn't a state of being but a state of mind.

For me when the head is clear.
The heart is free
The mind/body is relaxed
The breathe is even
The body is being breathed
I am feeling connected to all that is
There is no tension in the energy field
I feel the perfectness of this moment
There is only now
Love prevails
Namaste.
