Note x is number of seconds but if you divide x by 3600 you have the number of hours.
34.6/6.9=(1542*3593)/x
So
34.6/6.9=5540406/x
By cross multiplying

Dividing both sides by 34.6 yields

There are 60 seconds in a minute
