i try to talk about things with a friend...sometimes it helps just to get it out in the open....i know it doesn't change anything, but just knowing that someone is there helps.

Just let things happen and try to temporarily place the worries in the back of my mind, afterall, it's beyond my control. As I'm getting older, I find that it's better not to worry myself sick.
