there are Petco bags & pieces of fish in the back seat, and messy paw prints on the power seat control..... Should I confront them, or just get Lojac?

I know it looks incriminating, but I believe your cats have been framed.
Fish have been known to take out their own just to get cats in trouble.

Oh, that's bad. They've been out in your car. Which one drove? LOL. Might want to hide the car keys next time unless one of them has mastered the art of hot wiring.
