On the last one, even though the answer is correct, that is by accident, your approach was incorrect. You should have done:
(3 + 2x) * 2 = 14
(3 + 2x) = 14 / 2
3 + 2x = 7
2x = 7 - 3
2x = 4
x = 4 / 2
x = 2

They're pretty much correct. For #3, it also could be 4 1/2 or 9/2.

For #3, make sure you don't put 1.33 unless it asks you to round to the nearest hundredth. It's 1 1/3, 4/3, or 1.3 repeating. (The little dash mark above the 3.)
