Cross multiply to get (45/67)= 1-5[exp x]5 Your notation is not clear, but this looks logical.
Then 22/67 =5 [exp x]5 and
22/[67 * 5] = [exp x]5
Take fifth root of both sides to get

Solve for x by taking nat logs of both sides.
