I've been a six year employee and recently (Oct) had hours cut way back. For Two weeks I was given 5days off each week and for another two weeks I was given 4 days off each week! This has not happened in any previous year. Two of my fellow employees received the same treatment.

Yes, Florida is a "right to work" state. This happened all the time when I worked at Disneyworld: full time employees had hours cut to 20 a week, while interns were given 50-60 hours a week, since it cost less to pay interns overtime than the regular pay for full time employees.
