Do you have some type of arthritus?

I find aching joints to be related to foods I eat, particularly if I eat glutens (in wheat and processed foods) or a lot of red meat. You might want to eat very pure for a while then add items such as glutens, sugar, red meats, refined foods back in one at a time to see how your body reacts.

Good luck!

Fish oil helps to relieve the pain of aching joints.

Boosting your immune system results in fewer colds and flu and they will be less severe but it has no beneficial effect on aching joints.

Arthritis is mainly due to too much acidity from red meat, prawns and sausages. Prawns are probably the worst.

Probably no unless the aches are being caused by an infection. Try taking glucosamine. You can find it with the vitamins.
