The best thing for a headache in all seriousness, is to drink a large glass of room temperature water. There are many reasons for a headache. And the fact of the matter is, the more pharmaceuticals you take, the more frequently you will have a headache. They not only give you more headaches, but they fill your body with more chemicals which will in turn give you more what? Thats right class, more headaches.

Take it off, put it through the rinse cycle of your washing machine, line dry and put back on. Then eat 6 green olives and 1 dandelion. Everything should feel fine then. I do this several times a year, there is no other head ache cure like it it.

Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Fibromyalgia and MS, and Seizures, i suffer Migraines DAILY. I just came from the DR in fact.....
ZOMIG nasal spray or oral dissolving under the tongue....
But temorary fix. PINCH VERY HARD with BOTH hands the skin between the thumb and forefingers for ONE FULL MINUTE.....push real hard the temple area...dont RUB..just PUSH IN......PUSH IN on the shoulder & NECK area where it aches right outside the shoulder blades on either side....Ear lobes also.

All of these are pressure points and they DO WORK!!! Keep your room DARK!!!

Drink some coffee or a coke. The caffeine will open up the blood vessels in your head giving you a head ache.

Well, isn't this a familiar story! I get a lot of headaches too. My guess would be that you are either stressed out or not feeling well. Therefore, you should get as much sleep as you can, drink warm beverages, and try not to overstimulat or overwork yourself if you can.

put an ice pack over your eyes and wherever on your head that it hurts the most, take a tylenol or ibuprofen or something, then go lay down with a pillow under your knees in the dark and rest/sleep.
