When I was younger, I dressed to impress! As I have gotten older, I dress more for myself, comfort and a small merriment which adorns my clothing. Usually, a necklace or such...which represents the season.

When my family members were alive...we all dressed up for Christmas Day, in respect for the Lord's birth.

I am ultra casual at all times. Holidays make me want to dress up more when I'm dining w/friends and some family. usually I end up over or under dressed. A cruel trick played by those who never commit to establishing a dress code. Comfortable not so dressy as to be the center of attraction amongst the tees and flannel shirt family. No one seems to dress up as much unless they eat out or have a large family shindig. I confess I like sparkle sweaters, holiday colors and crewel work.So since I don't know what I will wear till the last 24 hrs. I must dress to impress myself. Right or wrong makes me no never mind==as long as I'm cofortable and having fun with the crew.

I dress for myself. I spent 50 years dressing for everyone else and 32 years in a suit and high heels. Not now.

T shirts and stretch jeans are the Uniform of the day.

If I am going somewhere special, I have several really nice slacks, sweaters, dressy tops and shoes that I can wear....I clean up real good.

But the rest of the time? No bra, no shoes (at home) and the most comfortable clothes I can find.....and I don't own a pair of shoes with a heel higher than about 3/4 inch.

It's generally cold where I live at Christmas so I dress to keep warm LOL.

No I like comfort first and foremost. I love the new pants that have panels and look like a long skirt. I love that palazo pants are back in and pretty jeweled blouses and sweaters. And comfortable shoes, not those impossibly high heels the young girls wear. I swear my vertigo would kick in with those.

I dress to impress me , if someone else likes it it's a bonus.

With the exception of the occasional wedding, the whole family is really really casual. A sparkly sweater or better jewelry might be worn occasionally, but for the most part it's jeans and whatever else is comfortable.

Even the annual Christmas dinner that my two bosses take me and hubby to - they'll dress in slacks other than jeans, but not a suit. The women wear slacks as well, but a nice sweater. Nothing fancy.

I dress the same (for myself) unless I'm going out. Then I throw on something nice. I dress for myself in what's comfortable and appropriate.

I dress for my self. If I had to dress up to try to impress someone, I will not only not do it, I won't go either. If I can't go and just be me, then it is not for me. I will not try to be something that I am not.

Gladys, i'm no longer an authority on women human beings's outfits yet I see no longer something incorrect with the leopard print shirt. As I understand from my spouse that it particularly is particularly accepted this season. yet to make your sister-in-regulation happy then possibly placed on a standard white shirt and dark slacks. that's what my spouse might do. a trip pin, easy rings or a necklace is sufficient. i won't be in a position to recover from this sister-in-regulation and all of her demands. in my view, i think of you may placed on that Santa hat. it particularly is darn lovable and your humor might make this formal social gathering somewhat greater energetic. desire you do have some exciting, a minimum of attempt. shop us published on what happens.

I dress the however i want to dress, depends on how much time i have until school to get ready. Do not worry about what other people think about you.
