There really aren't many strong teams this year. There can always be upsets (Seahawks, Giants), but the only serious contenders in the NFC are Green Bay and Dallas. Assuming Green Bay gets by Dallas (and I think they will), I truly think Green Bay matches up well against New England. Maybe they're not better, but they match up.

The only way to slow down Tom Brady is with constant pressure. You have to hit him. Everyone talks about the Giants' D-line (ends), but KGB and Kampman have more sacks than any other duo. 9 for Kampman, 8.5 for KGB so far. They're both in the top 5 in the league.

Harris and Woodson rival Denver for the best CB combination in football. Al Harris was brought into Green Bay for when Randy Moss was in Minnesota. They're no strangers. Green Bay would be the toughest defense that New England would have to face all season, next to only Pittsburgh. They could slow the Pats down, at least.

It would be a good game and go right down to the end. Brady may be good in tight games, but so is Favre.

Outside factors could be New England being over confident and injuries. Green Bay seems to be hurting everybody they play.

Greenbay is going to have a tough time with the Dallas Pass Rush Defense, I like Green Bay, and I do have respect for the Packers, yet they are depending on the arm of Farve too much.
Dallas has the Best all around Team in the NFC, They will Prove that, and especially on Nov 29. Dallas Cowboys Will Dominate.

Sorry, but John Madden's love slave doesn't have the receivers Brady does, his team has no running game, and his defense would get riddled by New England's cadre of receivers.

If they cheat enough to get there, the Packers wouldn't have a prayer against the Patriots (and I'm far from a New England fan). Pats 40, Packers 7.

Are you playing madden, isn't there a games section? Because there is only a slight chance GB will get to the SB but whoever comes from the NFC will be pummeled by the Pats.

Because they beat them last time.

New England cannot win Super Bowls against teams from NFC North (former NFC Central) - Bears/Packers.

If they make it that far (and I think they will) they will give NE a run for their money and have a good chance at pulling it off I pretty much agree that VJX is right on the money with this one. The matchup would be incredible!

Sorry buddy but they won't, Nov. 29th will be a date in which the Cowboys demonstrate that they are back & totally dominant in the NFC, get ready for Cowboys SB glory once again my friend. Favre is a great story but he'll fall short this year in Texas Stadium.

They are not even the best team in the NFC...How will they win the Super Bowl? As much as I hate to say this, the Patriots have a strong chance of running the table....The rest of their schedule is ridiculously easy...

if they keep playing with the same intensity and get a dangerous running game going, they can do it. But they cannot let penalties affect their game
