I would say depending on where you are and the time but at least by 10pm. As long as you get between 7 and 8 hours, of sleep so that you can function properly doing the day. That is very important, that you get a good night's sleep and when you get up eat a nice healthy breakfast.

The best time to sleep is when you're tired. Forcing sleep usually make you more sleepy.

I like that time for sleeping (when I manage to organize myself), cos u have quite enough time since 4-7 to work & b most productive compared to other periods during the day...

Absolutely, when you are tired!
It's probably best for your body to sleep when it is dark outside. (Duh.) No, seriously, there's been a lot of research done on sleep cycles, and humans seem to stay healthiest and happiest when their sleep cycles coincide with hours of darkness.
