Actually the opposite is true. You want to avoid the low fat version and switch to the fatty version.

You need dairy while ttc, it has calcium which is good for you and your potential baby.

Eat full fat dairy and avoid low fat dairy as it has been linked to infertility.

Don't avoid dairy, avoid LOW FAT dairy...switch to whole milk!
