heh, kinda funny!

anyway, go to the control panel. Open the 'Regional and Language Settings'. Then go to the 'Languages' tab. Click on 'Details' then under keyboard click add. I think you can handle it from there...

umm....are the letters switched? some keyboards let you move the letters around. Try that...
