I would say B.

I think the correction should be

Add two egg whites to the mixture, and beat vigorously until light and fluffy.

If it isn't that then it has to be "No error."

It is a very typical sentence for a recipe. If you are supposed to beat the batter vigorously, I don't think there is any error.

It's b. It should be-----> Add 2 egg whites in the misture and beat vigorously until light and fluffy.
