Yes....I think I learned quite young...I know I had to wear a tie as part of my school uniform from the age of 11....and I think I learned quite a while before that. A bow tie, however, is a different matter.

Yes, very well. I grew up with three brothers and we all went to Catholic school. part of the dress code for the boys was a tie. A clip on worked in the younger grades, but as they progressed upwards, it was hard finding a clip on that was long enough.

Not only can i tie a tie, i can also cut and sew one and make the cutting pattern for it and fix the sewing machines it gets sewn on!!!
