Halcyon Erog Merdae

Any clue what this could mean?

I have a idea it is related to Nine Inch Nails but I don't know why.

Any ideas, thoughts, suggestions, or more would be great.

Thank you in advance.

Halcyon is a term that originates from the Greek myth of Alcyone. It is used most often to mean golden or marked by peace and prosperity. For example, "a golden era" or "those halcyon days".

Erog and Merdae are not words as far as I can tell.

However, "ergo" is latin for therefore and "merda" or "mierda" is a latin profanity meaning excrement. You may have misread or mispelled "ergo". "Merdae" may be some corruption or conjugation of "merda". That appears to be the only connection between the two apparently nonsense words.

Together, it could be interpreted as "peace/beauty leads to $hit..." or something.

Halcyon as a noun refers to a kingfisher -- a big bird.

As an adjective it means idyllic or peaceful.

Probably not much help. The other two things are not English words. They kind of look Gaelic to me.
