What efforts on part of the religious leaders from all faiths in India, would be more desireable towards the INDIA-PAKISTAN peace process as a supplement to what the governments from both the respective countries are trying to achieve?

if u talk of religious solutions, the chances are very very bleek. poltical discussions also will be fruitful when Pakistan has full democracy, not army ( military ) raj. before that no chance at all
