Well, it might not be the same time every day. Like one day you might have it on a Sunday, and then the next month, you might have it 2 days later. If it doesnt come, check with your doctor

Good Luck =]

Nope, hmm.. I have to tell you that you need to see your OB doctor and make sure everything is OK , you know. It might be the way you're wired. Each woman is different, but you might have some hormonal imbalances or some cyst that forms sometimes every month in your uterus, or... it could be your own rhythm ... hard to tell.
A tampon doesn't make you bleed less, on contraire!
It's the other way around, the tampon contains (in minimal quantity) some asbestos and that makes you bleed more, per say, rather than less. There's a whole study on tampons, maybe you should consult them before deciding whether you want to use them or not. There's always a risk involved in using regular tampons, because of TSS and it can be fatal.
But I really suggest you have a long discussion with your family doctor, or your OB doc.
Good luck!

For the first year or two of your cycles it can very. It may take up to that amount of time for your menstrual cycle to regulate itself and even then if you have a very stressful time it may go out of wack again. If I were you I'd suggest wearing a body fitting panty liner to bed or a normal pad. Not to scare you or anything, but this is more common than not. Though if it continues for more than a week and a half you way wish to seek out a doctors opinion. Taking iron pills during your period can help also. As it thickens the blood and replenishes the iron you are losing during the cycle.

Also wearing a tampon at night is 'due able' if you don't breach the 6 hour limit. Which most people do as you sleep 8 or more hours a night. Unless you plan to wake up mid night to change. You may wish to use a pad at night and a tampon during the day.

Tampons don't lessen a period. It takes several years for a period to regulate. Some women have flows that seem to lighten up while they sleep, it's completely normal.

And it is perfectly fine to sleep with a tampon. You can wear a tampon for UP TO 8 hours (NOT 3!!). If you are going to sleep longer then that, then either change your tampon during the night or wear a pad.

You are experiencing abnormal periods because of your age right now. The change in your hormones isn't as strong at times which causes your body to not release the blood your body builds up on your uterine wall. Tampons only catch the blood that comes out of the uterus. It does not have any affect on the amount or duration of your period. It will get more regular the older you get. Don't worry. Wouldn't it be nice though if you could stop your period like that?

it seems like it because you don't see the blood as often when using a tampon. I don't think using a tampon reduces your flow at all. I think it's because you're so young that your body is still adjusting itself. When you first start getting periods it takes a while, maybe a year or so for your body to get into a regular cycle.

You are still young yet and havent had your period for more than a year, and the flow is light compared to people who had kids and who have had their period for many years. Your body is still adapting to the cycle. You only lose ounces during the period cycle. So it is not unusual to have no flow for a few hours esp after using a tampon. .

Many women will have a kind of pre-period you may bleed one-day and than have nothing for one to as many as four days before your period hits full force. It's usually nothing to worry about but if you're really concerned than your question is probably better left for your family doctor or your gynecologist as opposed to Yahoo Answers.

No.......it can do that. That's why it is called a 'cycle'. You can have days that are like that. You will notice that, most of the time, you will bleed at certain times, then it will back off, then back again. Nothing unusual; nothing about using a tampon.

Periods aren't on the dot exact. The day may be off sometimes, even the week. Let alone the exact time every day? You are perfectly fine.
