First of all, I'm glad he doesn't pee all over your house. That would be a serious issue. You two are friends, you shouldn't have to worry about jealousy issues. What I'm wondering though is if they hang out a lot or not? I'm not saying there is anything wrong with the two hanging out. But, if he spends more time with her than you, then you might have an issue. Otherwise, I wouldn't read too much into it right now. If you feel it is an issue, then talk about your relationship thus far. It never hurts to try.

Have you had other guys over at your house? Sometimes guys do this when they think someone has invaded their territory. Get some pee-pads (puppy isle) and stick them in the corners of the room until you get this under control.

is he a puppy? If he's a puppy then you just need to train him, if he's an actual human, then maybe you should think about getting a puppy, they're more loyal and you can train them to not pee all over the place too.
