Ok last Thursday I went to my regular doctor for some other reason and since I was 2 weeks late on my period he decided to do blood tests and it came back possitive :) I am soooo happy! But he said that I was about 2 1/2 weeks along??? But if I last got my period on SEP 27th and it ended on OCT.3rd wouldnt I be more weeks pregnant? I dont have a OBGYN appointment till NOV 28th. I appreciate all your answers!

Congratulations! Yes, you are further along based on the date of your last cycle. Sounds like you are just over 6 weeks pregnant with an estimated due date of about July 4 or 4 of 2008.

your 6 weeks 6 days pregnant dont feel bad about what the doctor said when i went to planned parenthood to get tested they told me i wasnt pregnant took a second test and a second nurse said that they both say positive and then doc said i was 1 week pregnant not possible to detect pregnancy that fast so i made an apt with obgyn and had ultrasound done i was 6 weeks 3 days along

6 weeks and 6 days, so tomorrow you will be 7 weeks even. keep in mind they count from the first day of you last period so they first 2 week you are not technically preg yet but they count them. so you are almost 7 weeks preg (thats what the docs go by) but gestational age of the baby would be 5 weeks, get it? heres the link it shows you when you conceived and some other stuff

Pregnancy is 40 weeks long based on the first day of your last period. So that would make you about seven weeks pregnant based on your last period. Congrats!!

usually doctors go by the first day of your last period to determine your due date so that would put you at about 7 weeks

You are almost 7 weeks pregnant. Your dr was probably measuring since you ovulated.
