If you name your son labia, he will be the laughing stock of all jokes. Nop matter how you pronounce it, it is still a woman's private part. I would only name a girl labia, if you have to, but she too will be made fun of forever. Grow up. Get a real name, you must be an idiot to even consider naming someone Labia. What if your parents named you testicle? Would you like it?

Well , I dont mean to hurt your feelings but "Labia" does not sound like a Name . It sort of reminds me of a Female body part. So I suspect Naming a Girl that would be more appropriate.
