i have to do an essay for school on what people need to do when considering a job and im haveing a real hard time trying to get this thing started is there anyone who can help me out here?

OK. Why do people go for certain jobs? Interest in the area(eg working with kids, horticulture etc). Natural aptitude or skill. Remuneration available. Hope this helps.

Well you start out with your introductory paragraph. Have your first sentence saying something about "these are the most important things to take into consideration when applying for a job". Then state the things in 3-5 different sentences. Use the last sentence to say why it is important that you know those things. After that you can use a paragraph to describe each of things to do when considering a job and end it with your final paragraph summing things up.
