Though he had a great career and some very memorable matches, he didn't wrestle long enough to be in the hall of fame because he's not a legend like the men in there.

Oh absolutely. He didn't leave the WWE on bad terms, and was one of a select few big-name stars in the WWE for most of a decade.

No, he blew off the sport, is dropping the name, "The Rock", and talks of those days as a phase. While Vince never says never, I dont believe The Rock will ever make it.
