All are very clever. Thank God for people who can make us laugh in this tragedy called the Bush presidency.

Stewart's Daily Show has to hit the mark four times per week, and he usually does. It did hurt to see him slumming with Lynn Cheney earlier this fall. Wish he had said 'thanks but no thanks'. He wins in my book.

A month ago Bill Maher's show was an utter bomb -- horrible guests. Usually he is very clever and we go do into withdrawal every year during his long hiatus.

Colbert had a finest hour moment at the White House Correspondents Dinner a couple of years ago. He can ride that wave for just so long. His self- smitten demeanor gets in the way of his humor, and it doesn't wear well. The boundless and unaccountable self-esteem leaves me baffled.

All the shows are great except Bill Maher Real Time. Maher should be mentioned with either Rosie O'Donnel or Charlie Sheen. Colbert and Stewart understand the world of politics in an odd sort of way.

i've got no longer seen Mr Maher in some years... yet word that he has issues whilst it is not scripted or he would not have arranged strains... he seems to get flustered / indignant. I quite do no longer locate him "funnier"... Now the two Colbert and Stewart on doing COMEDY... spoofing ideal wing information and records respectively... and being hilarious doing it !! i'm a center Republican, and love the two Colbert and Stewart... and need shall we've alittle instruct to poke extra on the left (in view that they cover the perfect).

I think John Stewart's show is the best, but man, did you see Colbert rip Bush a new one at the White House Press Corps dinner?? It was jaw dropping. Awe-inspiring. All my roommate and I could do was look at each other, and say, "What did they think was going to happen when they invited him?"

Colbert on John Stewart's show. It's a hard toss-up between the two.

For sheer humor it's Colbert -- but for content and controversy its Bill Maher and for style and interview technique the nod goes to John Stewart- my humble opinion.

This is sort of like asking what kind of Gun you would like to get SHOT with. I'll take "small caliber pistol" Colbert Report over "high powered rifle" John Stewart or "rocket propelled grenade" Bill Maher.
PS. Guns are NOT toys and these guys are not entertainers.

They're all fantastic in different ways. I couldn't say any one is better than the others. Do you also like Keith Olbermann's Final Thoughts or whatever he calls them? They're immensely interesting.

Bill Maher is snarky, Stewart is goofy, Colbert is pure satire... I think Colbert is the funniest, if that helps.

John Stewart is fake news. He is funny, does give you food for thought, but he IS on the comedy Channel. If you want real discussion with real opinons, look to Maher. Keith Olbermann is also excellant. Most tv news is slanted, especially Fox stations
