Hayward has that is sweet and undesirable factors, like if truth be told another city. The factors in and around Tennyson may be fairly undesirable, besides because of the fact the neighborhoods alongside the BART and prepare tracks. There are some undesirable factors around Mt. Eden excessive college too. There are new residences down on the southern border, west of Hesperian and south of business, that seem spectacular (yet expensive too). the costs may be going on now, so nicely worth a seem? additionally the area close to Chabot college is distinctly good too. good success!

Check out the Sierra Foothills....http://www.cheers2wine.com/Sierra-Foothills.html.
It's beautiful this time of year with the fall foilage. The rural uncrowded roads and small towns are fun to explore. There are a variety of activities including caving, wine tasting, shopping, horseback riding, and more.

i KNOW THAT THERE IS THIS COOL PLACE IN SAUSALITO where you can go and look at house boats that live on the water. They are extrordinary house boats and they do tours. From what I hear it's not too crowded, it's quite and beautiful, and you can eat when your done. or you can go up to memorial park in the redwoods, it's beautiful there as well.
