Steve Smith...Sure he's been lagging a little lately...but Carolina knows that Steve is the key to the offense. With that being said, they're going to try to give him the football as many times as possible...They will have him catching footballs, taking reverses, returning punts, and even taking snaps as QB in some cases to get something going...
Boldin on the other hand is still playing in Larry's shadow and is good...but nowhere near depended upon as Steve Smith...

Steve Smith has lesser help at WR than at QB....there aren't receivers that any defense truly fears, so he is getting doubled every play.....those stats are not getting any better this season. Go with Boldin.

Boldin is hurting and the QB situation is no better than Carolina's.
