i wasnt born in usa but she was shes 23 years old im 21 year
however, her name isnt like mine i mean her last name isnt like mine .. we'r cousins from my mom's side
her dad and my mom are bothers
Can I still get a green card from her?
im sick n tired of applyin for visas and get rejected like a chump

Highly unlikely a cousin will have any standing at all to bring you over.

You will need a visa like all the other "chumps" because your cousin is not a replacement for the State Department :)

She can sponsor you. You'll still need to apply for a visa, though, and you'll be depending on the quota from your country.

Plus, she'll have to be able to prove she has the resources to support you if you get sick or unemployed.
