a/c & heater?

i have a ford ranger 1998 . the only way i get cold air is to put on max a/c. when put on a/c it blows hot air. the haeter only blows hot air even if u put temp on cold. i have changed the cluster 2 times. nothing changes still hot air . Please Help Thanks Joe

I would suggest you go to an a/c shop and get your refrigerant checked in a/c system. Sounds like low charge.
