Nudity (breasts). Some foul language (including the F word). Sexual situations (simulated sex between two stand-ins for porn actors). That said, it's a really excellent movie. If you're going to watch it with your daughter, there is much room for discussion: topics include (or could include) biracial relationships, infidelity, death of a spouse/mother, mental illness, among others.

Men, women and children of all ages, even those under 17 who cant legally get into the theaters, ah I remember those days of buying a ticket to a different movie and sneaking into an "R'' rated flick

A fair amount of nudity. One couple meets on the set of a movie where they are stand-ins for the actors. They simulate sex scenes, in the nude, for lighting purposes. Another scene has Laura Linney topless in bed with a guy.
