well yes just dont eat any fat NONE
becuase my friend she ate a doughnut in the morning on the way to work and she was using the ali stuff. Then latter on in the day she accedentally pooed herself
she told me it cam out orange and disgusting, she was wearing white pants with no sweater it showed and it was embarrising
so if you eat fat while your using alli it will just go right through you like nothing but there are some problems about when it goes through lol
well basicly you cant eat any fat on that diet
honestly i think it would be an embarrising waste of time
join a gym and do it with a friend so you can have fun while you loose weight

If your goal is to only think about what you eat and what you weigh all the time, then yes, Alli works in that manner.
Because of Alli's side effects, using it will change your life for the worse. You'll have to always carry around an extra pair of pants, because just one tiny extra bit of fat you eat, and bam, you've got the runs all down your pants. You'll have to totally check out every single thing you eat for any fat at all. Your mind will constantly be on what food you've eaten, what food you're going to eat, how much you've been losing, and worry that you've eaten a tad bit too much fat and that you'll have an accident. You shouldn't have to live that way.
