The order of the ones that have been made is:
1) Sorcerer's Stone (USA) / Philosopher's Stone (UK & elsewhere)
2) Chamber of Secrets
3) Prisoner of Azkaban
4) Goblet of Fire
5) Order of the Phoenix
Still to be made:
6) Half-Blood Prince (Coming November 2008)
7) Deathly Hallows (Coming late 2009 or early 2010)

You should be able to buy them all in a box set, which will eliminate needing to know the order, but here goes:
