alll of these are used by kids who use um just to kid around, we're usually making fun of the word more than the person that we say um too but we also use these a lot because a teacher will give you detention for saying shoot-crud-dang-gosh darnit-ect and I'm not even kidding

And though my husbands dialect is much different than mine i dont think we can classify it as slang.

and so on. I guess its a good ole country boy thing because all his friends do it. And tease me for using proper English.
