You will find all the answers in the play, just read it, and if you still don't understand that is what your teacher needs to know. It's their job to help you. Answering without understanding is not learning.

I am pretty sure all these answers are found by reading a certain book entitled The Crucible, and considering most of those questions are pretty straightforward, you really shouldn't need any help, you should be able to look in the book and see exactly what Reverend Hale asked John Proctor to do.

This is not a place for people to DO your homework, it is a place to get HELP with your homework, for example, if you didn't understand the underlying theme of the book, or were confused by the wording, fine, but what you are asking is academic dishonesty and a big tsk tsk goes to anyone who assists you.

You are not asking us to help you; you want us to do your assignment for you. I would suggest that you begin reading the play and taking notes as you go!
