It is a policy created by the business on how an employee can bring complaints. It is created by the business and as such is unique to the business.

depends on the size of the business and nature of the complaint.

i would say documented complaint to either supervisor, and/or H.R. department to get it on record.

That should fix it.
Otherwise it opens the company to litigation for not addressing the complaint and allowing it to occur.

If it continues...and it breaks any labor laws..tey are liable.

if you feel as if someone is making you feel down in a work place for minimum wadge, then you can't really do anything about it because boss's boss you around like your slaves.. if it is more than minumum wadge then you should report it to the boss higher than the people who are trying to tell you what to do.
