honestly? that's how i suspected it would end when i was done reading the 4th book...then all the rumors were going around that she was gonna kill "one of hte 3 main characters" and blah blah blah...so i started thinking..maybe she'll throw in a twist.

after i was done...i dunno..i don't hate it..but i don't like it either. weird...but i'm sure the kids were happy...and that's what matters, right?

I liked the book, but agree that the epilogue wasn't great. There is way too much that happened in between. I will miss the books though, they were fun to read.

Justin doesn't know what he's talking about. But i didn't like the ending. I don't think it was enough. But hey i mean J.K. Rowling has a life I'm sure she probably is getting sick of writing about Harry Potter.

It was bittersweet. Sweet because I was I got to (briefly) see how Harry, Ron and Hernione turned out to be as adults. And bitter because I knew that this was time I would get a glimpse into their lives.

I don't know...it seems kinda rushed. First they can't find any Horcruxes and then, all of a sudden they find like a billion. But the Harry x Ginny was cute, but then again, the Ron x Hermione thing freaked me out...Overall, it wasn't bad.

It'd have been much better if Voldemort had killed Ron, Harry and Hermione, and ruled the world forever.

I'm sick of all the good stories ending with the "good guys" winning. I had a little hope this one would be different.

I luv it! I thought there were better ways to end it (like much longer!!), but I love it al the same.

At least J.K. Rowling explained more after.

I thought the couples were just right. I just adore it!

Eh... it was not very fulfilling. I suppose its nice to know that JKR left it open for us to assume things on our own, but more detail would have been much better. It was just so quick! You spend years waiting for... five pages. I mean, she could have at least made it a full-chapter length!

i liked the book but the epilogue was crap
it didnt say anything about any of the other characters except ron, hermione, ginny, harry and draco
what about umbridge, hagrid, the dursleys etc.?

I think it was interesting how it ended when the wand turned on Voldemort. I thought the epilogue was a little too much...
