Yes and when I do catch up with them they try to beat around the bush and so after I do get my money back I cut them off because they have proven to be unreliable and dishonest if they had no intention to repay me.

no, because I don't lend people money. I may give someone a couple bucks, or buy someone lunch. but neither a borrower nor a lender be.
