I'll be moving from the northern part of a Northern State here in the U.S. to Florida. I just wondered for those who've done that how long did it take for you to adjust to the heat? Thanks!

It typically takes 30 days to acclimatize to ur environment. It took me about a yr to completely get adjusted to the humidity (esp in the summer time). I've lived here for over 7 yrs now & I wouldn't move back up north unless I absolutely had to! I love it here, there's no s-n-o-w!!! Once u get used to the summers, the other seasons r GREAT!!! U won't regret it!!

I have lived in Ocala Florida for 3 + years. I don't know if I ever adjusted to the heat. I do love it here though. I haven't shoveled any snow for 3 years but I want some really good NY canoli's
