You can get PS3 themes from the Playstation Website: us.playstation.com
I have 2 themes already, I have the Pixel Theme and the Nature Theme on my PS3. Also, there will more Themes avaliable for download on the Playstation Store in the future.

well i use sd card in my computer that works on ps3 so all i do is find a theme or background save to card put in ps3 upload
