My husband is away working and we are not sure if he will get to be home or not for the birthday party. I just want to spend around $25 bucks since Christmas is right after his birthday. What tools could I get for that price, or should I just get a gift card?

I would strongly advise getting him a gift certificate or a card. There may be a certain tool that he needs or wants. I have around $20.000. wrapped up in tools and equipment, so I have found it easier all the way around to pick out my own selection.
