Whatever happened to Circuit City's No Hassle return policy?

Circuit City used to boast about their "No Hassle" return policy. Whatever happened to it?

I think they got upset when I returned my 3 year old Dell computer for a full refund, then bought a new up to date one for half as much.

I don't think any company wants to own up to the NO HASSLE return policy. I hate returning things!!!!
