it used to be on mod the sims but with the new set up i havent been able to find it anymore, does anyone have any clue about what I am talking about?

Apparently, pregnant Sims can autonomously rub their own bellies - I've never seen it happen, and if you want it for a movie, it'd be hard to wait for it. I hope the mod works for you.

I'm not sure, but you can go to Google and type in Sims 2 cheats. Maybe you could find it that way?
